SAP BW Manager

At Natek, we are seeking an experienced SAP BW Manager to lead the BW team of one of our customers. 

This unique role requires a blend of strong managerial abilities and technical expertise to guide, mentor, and work alongside a talented team of SAP BW consultants. The SAP BW Manager will oversee a team of 6 (internal and external resources), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage the end-to-end data warehousing processes in alignment with business needs.

On this role, you will be responsible for:

• Team leadership and coaching, serving as a Playing Coach by combining hands-on technical work with effective team leadership
• Technical oversight, leading data warehousing and analytics projects, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources for both internal and external team members to meet project objectives
• Act as a primary point of contact for the team, ensuring efficient communication and alignment with other departments and stakeholders
• Regularly assess team performance, offering support, mentorship, and guidance to promote growth and meet project deliverables
• Proactively address any issues or blockers

Our requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a Manager or Team Lead position, with a strong technical background in SAP BW (SAP BW 7.5, Navision, Azure Data Lake)
• Demonstrated managerial skills with a coaching mentality, adept at both guiding a team and engaging directly in technical work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to lead remote teams effectively
• Experience working with both internal and external (consulting) teams
