Payroll Analyst

Title: Payroll Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate completions of payroll and administrative tasks as assigned
• Effectively managing the resolution of assigned employee cases regarding payroll and administration issues
• Completion of payroll reporting as assigned
• Accurate and timely creation and posting of payroll ledger accounts as assigned
• Year-end processes to support accurate and timely administration of payroll responsibilities with the region as assigned
• Assist in keeping up with payroll compliance as assigned
• Other duties that managers can request

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR/finance
• 2 years of experience in HR/finance
• Strong English language skills, both verbal and written    
• Strong Excel skills required, with a working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of the data and information
