Piping Engineer

We are looking for a Piping Design Engineer with proven experience in the petrochemical and refining industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing piping systems and preparing technical documentation for industrial installations

Responsibilities:

• Offers preparation for piping scope (e.g. manhours estimation, scope definition, material quantities estimate etc.);

• Piping and plant layout studies and Piping Detail Design performed in SP3D;

• Piping 3D modelling in Smart Plant 3D (SP3D);

• Creation of Piping MTO reports;

• Creation of Plot plan, EQP Arrangement, Piping Arrangement, Isometric drawings;

• Multidisciplinary cooperation (Process, Static, PU's, Structural and Civil, Modularization Engineering Team);

• Reviewing and commenting Vendors documentation related to Piping and Plant layout design;

• Performing 3D model Project Reviews;

• Performing site visits (e.g. on site measurements etc.) .

Required Skills:

• Advanced in Smart Plant 3D all modules (e.g. Equipment, Structural Smart Sketch etc.);

• Basic knowladge in Stress Engineering;

• Basic knowledge in Material Engineering;

• Inter-discipline mindset;

• Contract awareness;

• Ensuring quality of engineering documents and material supply according to contract requirements;

• Ability to provide realistic and reliable forecasts on man-hour consumption, quantities, cost, achievement of milestones and freezing dates;

• Ability to manage man-hour consumption, quantities, cost, achievement of milestones and freezing dates and deviations.
