We're looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to join our team to help us and our clients realise the full potential of data driven domains.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge in sales, leveraging your exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that effectively communicate the value of our services.
  • Collaborate closely with our team during the whole process.
  • Champion our CRM systems, to ensure seamless communication and relationship management.
  • Manage the whole sales process.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping to refine our sales strategies for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in IT services sales, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to captivate and engage audiences.
  • Exceptional English language skills (C1/C2).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in inbound sales; experience in outbound.
  • Adept at process improvement and keen on optimizing sales strategies.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Understanding of AI/ML/Big Data or willingness to explore this areas.
