We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist focused on Organizational Development to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement and align with our global, remote-first environment. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • HR general support
  • Ensure smooth working of daily HR operations related to establishment, duration and ending cooperation with our international employees and contractors.
  • Contact our US-based payroll and HR service provider, monitor and take care of issues such as payroll, healthcare insurance & retirement plans management.
  • Daily HR support for people cooperating within the organization (answering questions and requests concerning benefits policy, training & development budget, leave policy, etc.).
  • Daily support for managers (guidance on HR-related issues).
  • Supervise HRMS system and data entry.
  • Supervise the leave policy and absence records.
  • Ongoing cooperation with the Finance, Operations, Delivery, Talent, IT Support and other departments.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the remote-first environment.
  • Create and manage offboarding processes that maintain positive relationships with departing employees.
  • Culture and Engagement
  • Assist with employee engagement surveys, including eNPS, results analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen company culture, engagement and retention across our remote teams.
  • Initiate team-building activities suitable for a remote work environment.
  • Organize and facilitate integrational meetings to strengthen team cohesion in the remote-first environment.
  • Design, implement and manage employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and compensation packages.
  • Performance Management
  • Co-create and maintain skillset, competence maps and career paths.
  • Identify training needs across departments, design and implement comprehensive training programs.
  • Collaborate with managers on talent development and feedback culture.
  • Contribute to salary review process.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, including general HR support and payroll management.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law (knowledge of Amercian employment policies would be a huge plus).
  • Experience in managing HR processes, implementing career paths & talent development programs.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development principles and change management.
  • Experience working in a remote or global work environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (min. C1) and Polish (C2), both written and verbal.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools (HRMS, LMS etc.).
