We aim to appoint a Social Media Specialist who will spearhead the creation and publication of diverse marketing, sales, and employer branding (EB) media assets.
Responsibilities:
- Co-create, execute, and evolve our social media strategy, aligning it with organizational goals.
- Craft engaging social media content for the US market across multiple accounts and platforms.
- Amplify Employer Branding efforts by showcasing our culture and the achievements of our tech force through social media.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance your creativity and optimize your workload including written and audiovisual content.
- Produce a variety of multimedia content: text, visuals, videos, and audio.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Talent Teams on various tasks and projects.
- Manage multiple social media platforms and outlets effectively, adhering to a set schedule.
- Manage brand presence and accounts of industry platforms, such as Glassdoor and Clutch.co, and actively develop our portfolio of industry platforms further.
Skills & Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in social media content creation, ideally within the IT industry or for a SaaS/digital product company.
- Proven track record with a portfolio of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with a tech and business audience.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry, preferably with experience in the B2B space and/or within a technology company.
- Proficiency with a wide range of AI tools and knows how to optimize routine tasks.
- Strong soft skills, effective communication, and a mature attitude towards teammates and projects.
- Open to experimentation and actively seeks process optimization.
