Sales Controller
Your Tasks:
Prepare regular sales and financial reports and analyses (P&L, margin, pricing, volumes),
Own and support pricing topics, including price simulations, list price reviews and price change impact analyses,
Act as a finance partner for Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives (price, promo, mix),
Prepare and validate customer margin calculations (regular and promotional), including profitability and ROI assessments,
Monitor sales budget execution and identify deviations vs. plan,
Support Sales and Marketing teams with financial insights and clear business recommendations,
Participate in budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes,
Perform pre‑ and post‑promotion analyses and evaluate promotion effectiveness,
Improve and automate reporting and controlling processes,
Cooperate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and RGM teams,
Prepare ad‑hoc analyses supporting management decisions.
Your profile:
Completed Master's degree in Economics,
Min. 4 years of professional experience in the area of business or financial controlling,
Understanding of business processes and the ability to think scenarios,
Openness to change, curiosity about business, proactivity in everyday work, willingness to learn,
Ability to have discussions, actively listen and persuade,
Very good knowledge of English,
Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point, knowledge of SAP/BI systems welcome.
