We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our business development team.
You will help identify and connect with potential clients through outbound campaigns. Your work will focus on research, data gathering, and supporting the execution of multichannel outreach campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, analyzing business needs, and exploring digital solutions in marketing and CMS technologies.
- Research and identify companies matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and key decision-makers matching our buyer personas

Support campaigns execution but also build your own campaigns gradually, mainly through email channel.
- Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM (Hubspot).
- Analyze performance, report results, and suggest improvements.
- Monitor public tender databases for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing specialist and other members of the business development team to align strategies and share insights.
- Someone with solid knowledge of mar-tech and advanced CMS solutions—understanding the value, benefits, and business impact these technologies provide.

- Experience in lead generation, market research, or sales prospecting.

Understanding of web ecosystems, including CMS, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), DAM, personalization, and experimentation tools - how they function and how they solve business challenges.
- Ability to analyze businesses and identify potential challenges we can solve.
- This doesn't have to be a client-facing role. No direct sales outreach is mandatory.
- Focus is on preparing leads and campaigns, analyzing data, and enabling the sales team.
- Salary range: 5500 – 9000 PLN/GROSS (UoP) or 44 - 72 PLN/h (B2B)
