Opis stanowiska
- makes the update accounting of the economic events (servicing invoices, bank accounts) according to the accounting and tax rules,
- collates of the general ledger accounts,
- arranges the transfers of the payable amounts for deadline in the bank systems,
- pay attention the analytics of the suppliers and customers,
- coordinates of the reminders for customers,
- controls all of incoming invoices and makes the VAT declarations to the Tax Office,
- organizes the cash registers, (petty cash-handling)
- organizes the payroll contact the outsourced company in this field and manage the contribution and sick pay declarations,
- manages the other labor tasks (exp.: income certificates, workers’ entrance and quit…etc.),
- contact to Head Quarter in group case (in accounting and taxation field)
- complete Annual Report according to local regulation
- takes part in the tax controls.
