As we continue to expand, we’re excited to grow our Warsaw team and are looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Construction Estimator to join us. This is a unique opportunity to work on U.S.-based projects from our Warsaw office and be a key player in our international estimating team.

What You’ll Do

• Review and analyze project documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Perform bid takeoffs and prepare formal cost proposals for building renovation and fit-out projects in the NYC market.
• Research U.S. market pricing and maintain an accurate and up-to-date unit cost database.
• Track key project metrics and contribute to cost optimization strategies.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other team members across time zones.
• Assist in bid reviews and contribute technical insight and value engineering ideas.
• Ensure consistent quality and accuracy in estimating practices.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in construction cost estimating (experience with renovation projects is a plus).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Autodesk Takeoff, or similar software is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English—both written and spoken—is essential.
• Positive mindset, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership in your work.
• Experience working with or understanding the U.S. construction market is a plus, but not required.
