Sales Manager
Location: Poznań
- Build, cultivate and nurture customer relationships to drive engagement and business growth in Poland.
- Develop and execute sales strategy.
- Collaborate across departments to customize proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Sustain and grow Clients' portfolio.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Coordinate sales effort with supervisor, team members and other departments.
- Previous sales and/or account management experience within the B2B channel.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic orientation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work in an international team environment, and deliver independent results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English.
