Opis stanowiska

About the project:

We’re looking for an experienced Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI) Program Manager to lead the end-to-end management of a complex CGI program for one of our global clients. The program focuses on digital twin and CGI asset creation. You'll act as the central hub between clients and cross-functional production teams to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery, and high-quality results.

Your responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Own and maintain the master schedule, budgets, and KPIs across all program phases.
  • Ramp-up & Planning: Define program goals, scope, and workflows. Lead ramp-up activities and ensure documentation is in place.
  • Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for the client. Drive communication between stakeholders and global teams (UK, US, India).
  • Risk & Issue Management: Implement escalation paths and mitigation strategies, keeping risk logs and status reports up to date.
  • Process Optimization: Enforce consistent standards (e.g., One Master Pipeline methodology) and continuously improve delivery processes.

Our requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in CGI, VFX (Visual Effects), or similar industries.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, high-volume production programs.
  • Strong background in production planning, budgeting, and client-facing communication.
  • Degree in Computer Graphics, Animation, Visual Effects (VFX), Digital Media, Computer Science, Film or Media Production, Game Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing schedules across time zones.
  • Solid knowledge of CG workflows (digital twins & CGI assets).
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or LucidChart or similar.
  • Bonus: understanding of manufacturing processes.

What we offer:

  • Fully remote role with flexible working hours.
  • Opportunity to work on a cutting-edge CG program for a global brand.
  • Full onboarding and support from a collaborative, international team.
  • A culture that values transparency, continuous learning, and teamwork.
  • Real impact - your voice matters and your ideas can shape the future of the program.
