About the project:
We’re looking for an experienced CG Program Manager to lead the end-to-end management of a complex CG program for one of our global clients. The program focuses on digital twin and CG asset creation. You'll act as the central hub between clients and cross-functional production teams to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery, and high-quality results.
Your responsibilities:

Program Management: Own and maintain the master schedule, budgets, and KPIs across all program phases.

Ramp-up & Planning: Define program goals, scope, and workflows. Lead ramp-up activities and ensure documentation is in place.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for the client. Drive communication between stakeholders and global teams (UK, US, India).

Risk & Issue Management: Implement escalation paths and mitigation strategies, keeping risk logs and status reports up to date.

Process Optimization: Enforce consistent standards (e.g., One Master Pipeline methodology) and continuously improve delivery processes.
Our requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in CG, VFX, or similar industries.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, high-volume production programs.
- Strong background in production planning, budgeting, and client-facing communication.
- Degree in Computer Graphics, Animation, Visual Effects (VFX), Digital Media, Computer Science, Film or Media Production, Game Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
- Experience working with global teams and managing schedules across time zones.
- Solid knowledge of CG workflows (digital twins & CG assets).
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or LucidChart or similar.
- Bonus: understanding of manufacturing processes.
