Job Summary
We’re looking for a CRM Production Lead to oversee the production, workflow and delivery of CRM campaigns across global markets. You will manage briefing, build, QA, approvals, scheduling and deployment processes-ensuring accuracy, consistency and CRM best practice. Ideal for someone who thrives in operational, detail‑focused and data‑driven environments.
Responsibilities
Oversee end‑to‑end CRM production across email, push, SMS and personalised digital content.
Manage briefing, requirements gathering, workflow planning and production timelines.
Collaborate with creative, copy, data and CRM operations teams to deliver accurate builds.
Lead QA processes including rendering checks, link validation, dynamic content testing and compliance reviews.
Oversee segmentation, personalisation and data‑driven targeting requirements.
Manage approvals, stakeholder communication and delivery documentation.
Ensure all CRM outputs meet brand guidelines, CRM best practices and technical specifications.
Support marketing automation workflows and CRM platform requirements.
Drive continuous improvement across CRM tooling, processes and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
Experience in CRM production, CRM operations or email marketing delivery.
Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign).
Understanding of segmentation, personalisation, dynamic content and data‑driven workflows.
High attention to detail with strong QA and technical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and workflows in fast‑paced environments.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross‑functional teams.
Calm, structured and solutions‑oriented approach to problem solving.
