JOB SUMMARY:

The Display Image Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production and delivery of high-quality digital and print display assets across multiple channels within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence at scale. This role leads a team of Senior Figma Production Designers and Production Artists, driving best practices across both Figma and Adobe Creative Suite workflows.
Reporting into the Director, Health, the Display Image Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and technical requirements. This role combines hands-on production expertise with team leadership, workflow optimisation, and stakeholder collaboration to support high-volume, fast-paced delivery in a regulated healthcare and pharmaceutical environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee the production and delivery of digital and print campaign assets across various digital and print channels
• Working across digital materials that include websites, emails, online banners, and digital sales aids
• Working across printed materials that include leave pieces, mailers, large format print for congress and events
• Taking Indesign layouts from the agency in-house Design team and applying full setup of mechanicals, turning them into Production-ready assets
• Undertake various rounds of amends to assets, such as text amends, layout amends, and graph/chart redraws
• Create and output interactive PDFs for desktop and tablet use
• Review and approval of 1st stage mechanical and final stage pre-press of assets
• Attend briefings and kick-off calls
• Partner with the Implementation Manager to ensure that the required talent and skillset is applied to the task
• Ensure all work is of the highest standard and raise any concerns or issues in an efficient manner to ensure efficient resolution
• Manage file organisation, naming conventions, and version control across projects on the Production Lucid server
• Collaborate with designers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in digital and print production, including roles such as Senior Production Artist, or similar
• Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop production teams
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proven experience delivering high-volume digital campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong understanding of design systems, scalable production, and asset management
• Excellent attention to detail, with a track record of maintaining high-quality standards at scale
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders in a delivery-focused environment
• Strong organisational and workflow management skills, including resourcing and prioritisation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
