Job Summary
We’re looking for an Editor to craft high‑quality motion content across multiple formats and platforms. You will own the editing process from assembly to final delivery-working closely with producers and creatives to shape narrative, pacing, emotion and brand delivery. Ideal for a strong craft editor who thrives in fast‑paced environments and has a deep understanding of storytelling and modern content formats.
Responsibilities
Edit motion content across social, digital, broadcast and long‑form formats.
Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
Work closely with producers, creatives and directors to refine story, pacing and tone.
Handle full editorial workflow including assembly, rough cuts, fine cuts and final conform.
Collaborate with colourists, sound designers and VFX teams to complete final delivery.
Manage project timelines, versioning and feedback cycles.
Ensure all outputs meet technical specifications, brand guidelines and creative expectations.
Support asset organisation, media management and workflow optimisation.
Contribute creative ideas and problem‑solving during production and post‑production phases.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Editor across commercial, brand or entertainment content.
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (required) and familiarity with After Effects.
Strong narrative, pacing and storytelling sensibilities.
Ability to work across multiple formats, aspect ratios and platform requirements.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional creative and production teams.
Calm, positive and solutions‑oriented approach under pressure.
