Job Summary
We’re looking for a Head of Adaptation to lead global adaptation operations, workflow excellence and cross‑market content delivery. You will oversee teams across localisation, artwork, versioning, editorial, transcreation and delivery-ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency and world‑class quality across all adapted assets.
Responsibilities
Lead global adaptation, localisation and transcreation workflows across multi‑format content.
Oversee adaptation teams including artworkers, editors, designers, language leads and project managers.
Manage toolkit development, versioning frameworks, localisation guidelines and rollout governance.
Ensure accuracy, quality, compliance and brand consistency across all adapted deliverables.
Collaborate with creative, production, account and operations teams to optimise workflows.
Guide regions on market‑specific nuances, cultural requirements and regulatory needs.
Implement best‑practice adaptation processes, automation tools and scalable delivery models.
Own production schedules, capacity planning, resource allocation and cross‑market alignment.
Oversee cost efficiency, vendor management, rate cards and adaptation budgets.
Support continuous improvement, toolkit optimisation and innovation initiatives.
Present adaptation strategy, performance insights and delivery updates to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
Extensive experience in adaptation, localisation, artwork, versioning or global toolkits.
Strong understanding of multi‑market content delivery, cultural nuance and regulatory accuracy.
Experience leading large‑scale adaptation teams and multi‑regional workflows.
Exceptional organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to manage high‑volume, fast‑turnaround and multi‑stream delivery environments.
Familiarity with adaptation platforms, DAM/MAM systems, automation and workflow tools.
