What We Do 

We edit motion content across social, digital, broadcast and commercial formats. Our junior editors support editors, producers, colour, sound and VFX teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content. 

Job Summary 

We’re looking for a Junior Editor to support editorial craft across a wide range of content formats. You will assist with assembly edits, rough cuts, versioning, exports and QC—while learning from senior editorial talent. Ideal for an ambitious editor beginning their professional journey with strong narrative instincts and technical eagerness. 

Responsibilities 

• Support editors across social, digital, commercial and short‑form edits. 

• Assist with assembly edits, selects, string‑outs and initial timelines. 

• Prepare media, organise projects, sync footage and manage bin structures. 

• Handle exports, encodes, file conversions and delivery assets. 

• Ensure strong QC across picture, audio, naming conventions and tech specs. 

• Collaborate with colour, sound and VFX to support finishing stages. 

• Maintain project organisation, file hygiene and archive workflows. 

• Participate in feedback cycles and refine edits accordingly. 

• Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate when needed. 

Requirements 

• Some experience as a Junior Editor, Edit Assistant or relevant training. 

• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (required) and working familiarity with After Effects. 

• Strong interest in storytelling, pacing and narrative structure. 

• Good understanding of file formats, codecs, proxies and basic post‑production workflows. 

• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. 

• Willingness to learn, take direction and work in a fast‑paced environment. 

• Positive, solutions‑oriented and collaborative attitude.
