Job Summary
We’re looking for a Lead Editor to oversee editorial craft, guide creative storytelling and manage edit workflows across major campaigns and content programmes. You will mentor editorial teams, shape narrative direction, ensure technical excellence and partner with senior creative stakeholders. Ideal for a seasoned editor with strong leadership, narrative instincts and finishing expertise.
Responsibilities
Lead editing across major campaigns, long‑form films, brand stories and multi‑format deliverables.
Supervise editorial teams including editors, junior editors and edit assistants.
Shape narrative structure, pacing, tone and emotional arc across edits.
Collaborate with directors, creatives and producers to deliver on creative intent.
Oversee full post workflow including assembly, rough cut, fine cut, conform and final finishing.
Partner with colour, sound and VFX teams to ensure a cohesive, premium finish.
Review and elevate editorial output through constructive feedback and craft leadership.
Ensure all outputs meet brand, technical and platform specifications.
Manage timelines, version control, asset organisation and delivery cycles.
Support pitch work, creative development and editorial approaches for new opportunities.
Requirements
Extensive experience as a Senior or Lead Editor across commercial, brand or entertainment projects.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with After Effects.
Exceptional storytelling instincts, pacing, rhythm and visual narrative skills.
Proven experience leading editorial teams and managing multi‑project workflows.
Ability to collaborate confidently with senior creatives, directors and producers.
Deep understanding of technical standards, formats, aspect ratios and delivery workflows.
Calm, solutions‑oriented approach with strong communication and organisational skills.
