Job Summary 

We’re looking for a Senior Audio Mixer to lead audio craft across a wide range of motion content. You will mix, refine, enhance and finalise audio across formats while collaborating closely with creative, editorial and production partners. Ideal for a highly experienced mixer with exceptional technical and creative sound judgement. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead audio mixing across broadcast, digital, social and long‑form content. 

• Perform dialogue clean‑up, noise reduction, levelling, EQ, compression and mix balancing. 

• Craft sound design elements to elevate storytelling and emotional impact. 

• Edit, clean and integrate VO, music and SFX with precision. 

• Ensure mixes meet platform specs including R128, CALM and multi‑platform loudness standards. 

• Collaborate with editors, producers and creatives to interpret audio direction. 

• Oversee delivery of multi‑format audio assets including stems, splits and final masters. 

• Maintain organised session structures, version control and project handovers. 

• Guide junior audio talent and support craft development across the team. 

Requirements 

• Extensive experience as an Audio Mixer or Senior Audio Engineer in post‑production environments. 

• Expert proficiency in Pro Tools and familiarity with industry‑standard plugins. 

• Strong technical knowledge of loudness standards, audio formats and delivery specifications. 

• Excellent sound design sensibility and ability to solve complex audio challenges. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, creative and finishing teams. 

• Calm, detail‑focused and solutions‑oriented under tight deadlines.
