We organise, govern, track and deliver assets across global toolkits, campaigns, localisation programmes, post‑production workflows and multi‑market delivery. Our teams maintain asset quality, metadata health, version control, taxonomy and operational consistency. 

Job Summary 

We’re looking for a Senior Asset Manager to lead asset governance, workflow oversight, library organisation and multi‑market content delivery. You will own structure, metadata, naming conventions, compliance, asset requests and workflow optimisation. Ideal for someone who thrives in detail‑focused, operational and high‑volume content environments. 

Responsibilities 

• Manage end‑to‑end asset governance across toolkits, localised content and global delivery. 

• Own metadata structures, taxonomy rules, naming conventions and asset ingestion workflows. 

• Oversee asset QC including version control, file integrity and technical compliance. 

• Manage intake of asset requests, prioritisation, tracking and fulfilment. 

• Collaborate with post‑production, design, CRM, digital and production teams to maintain asset accuracy. 

• Support DAM / MAM system workflows including tagging, rights management and archival processes. 

• Ensure file structures, storage systems and delivery standards are maintained across regions. 

• Monitor operational performance, asset utilisation and process efficiency. 

• Drive improvements in asset structure, scalability, automation and governance models. 

Requirements 

• Experience as an Asset Manager, Digital Librarian or related operational content role. 

• Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, version control and content governance. 

• Experience with DAM / MAM platforms and high‑volume asset environments. 

• Excellent organisational, quality‑control and multi‑tasking capabilities. 

• Comfort working across creative, production, post‑production, CRM, digital and localisation teams. 

• Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholders and asset requests. 

• Calm, structured and solutions‑oriented approach with excellent attention to detail.
