Job Summary 

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead medium‑to‑large scale programmes across creative, production, content and digital workstreams. You will own timelines, budgets, processes, governance, risk management and cross‑functional coordination. Ideal for a highly organised, proactive and solutions‑led operator who excels in fast‑paced, multi‑market delivery environments. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead project planning, scoping, timelines, budgets and documentation for multi‑discipline workstreams. 

• Manage cross‑functional teams across creative, production, digital, and post‑production.  

• Own project governance including status reporting, risk logs, RAID management and escalation. 

• Ensure clear communication across stakeholders, clients and internal teams. 

• Drive operational excellence, workflow consistency and process improvements. 

• Coordinate global market deliverables, rollout workflows and localisation requirements. 

• Manage vendor coordination, procurement and third‑party deliverables where required. 

• Support financial management including forecasting, reconciliations and cost tracking. 

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, timeline and budget expectations. 

• Lead sprint planning, agile ceremonies or hybrid delivery approaches where applicable. 

  
  

Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role across production, content, digital or creative workflows. 

• Strong organisational, planning and operational management skills. 

• Experience delivering multi‑market or multi‑discipline programmes. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities. 

• Confidence leading cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments. 

• Familiarity with project management tools, documentation and methodologies. 

• Calm, structured and solutions‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
