Senior UX/UI Designer

Location: Wrocław (hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong interaction-design mindset who can take ownership of the full user journey. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, cohesive, and scalable user experiences. You will have the opportunity to audit entire browser-based workflows, propose improvements, and translate user needs into clear, actionable design solutions. This position offers a chance to shape the direction of our product through thoughtful prototyping, data-driven insights, and systematic design thinking. Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and screen designs that show a deep understanding of user behavior and context of use,

• Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities; benchmark competitors to inform design decision,

• Build and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency and usability,

• Present design solutions to stakeholders and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams,

• Run or support user testing sessions to validate concepts and iterate on designs.

  
  

Job Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Figma and FigJam,

• Experience with user research methods (qualitative & quantitative),

• Ability to create and maintain wireframes, user flows, personas, and functional prototypes (including edge cases),

• Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design principles,

• Demonstrated ability to think holistically and design end-to-end user journeys,

• Experience with AI-powered design tools and Protopie is nice to have.
