Facility & Maintenance Engineer
As a Facility & Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and operational continuity of both site infrastructure and production equipment. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manage technical projects and investments, and work with internal teams and external service providers to enhance equipment efficiency, plant reliability, and overall operational performance.
Your role will include analyzing failures, implementing improvements, optimizing utilities consumption, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate standards.
Responsibilities
Facility & Infrastructure Management
Manage the technical condition of buildings, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
Lead and coordinate activities of suppliers related to facility investments and service agreements.
Plan, analyze, and supervise investment and modernization projects.
Monitor and optimize media and utilities consumption, ensuring continuity of supply.
Implement and maintain ESD protection systems.
Responsible for the layouts of the facility
responsible for the CAPEX
Maintenance of Mechanical and Hydraulic Systems
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Develop and maintain maintenance plans, schedules, and documentation.
Perform root cause analysis of breakdowns and define corrective actions.
Cooperate with external technical providers to improve equipment reliability and durability.
Coordinate and supervise mechanical and hydraulic system maintenance tasks.
Continuous Improvement & Standards
Implement and maintain 5S, TPM, SMED, and Lean Manufacturing standards.
Prepare and update technical documentation, including 2D/3D materials.
Prepare LOTO instructions and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Identify and implement improvement actions in maintenance and facility processes.
Requirements
Degree in Automation, Robotics, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or facility management (preferably in an industrial environment).
Knowledge of TPM, SMED, 5S, Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
SEP certification up to 1kV (preferred).
Strong knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and create technical documentation (2D/3D).
English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
Category B driving license.
Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
