Location: Flexible within Poland (Remote with occasional travel)

With 20 years of experience, they offer a comprehensive software package that supports key insurance processes such as policies, claims, reinsurance, and payments. They are renowned for their cutting-edge solutions, which they configure and tailor to meet the specific needs of their clients.
Currently undergoing a large technological transformation and building a competence center in Warsaw, the company is moving towards a Cloud Native, multi-tenant platform to modernize its infrastructure. They are making a significant investment in cloud services to create a more scalable, efficient system.
About the Role

Join our client as an HR Generalist and take charge of strategic and operational HR functions in Poland and France. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and has a strong grasp of regional labor laws in Poland and France.
What You’ll Do
As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in:
- HR Operations: Managing HR administrative responsibilities, ensuring compliance with Polish and French labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Leading recruitment activities for contractors, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving employee relations issues, and fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Payroll & Benefits: Overseeing payroll and benefits administration for Poland and France to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
- Compliance & Policy Development: Localizing global HR policies to align with regional legal and cultural contexts, ensuring GDPR compliance, and monitoring mandatory training certifications.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Partnering with global HR leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Who You Are
You’re a proactive HR professional with:
- Experience: 5–7 years in HR management or as an HR Generalist, ideally in an international environment.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Polish and French labor laws, GDPR, and HR compliance requirements.
- Languages: Fluency in Polish, French, and English, both written and spoken.
- Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for fostering inclusive workplaces.
Bonus Points For
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience managing payroll and benefits for multiple countries.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and contractor recruitment.
