We are seeking an experienced and visionary  Plant Director 

to lead their manufacturing operations to the next stage of development.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire production process, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and technological requirements

main tasks:

Lead and develop the plant’s management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Oversee production operations, ensuring adherence to technical documentation and regulatory standards.
• Analyze team performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
• Monitor resource utilization, including raw materials, equipment, and workforce.
• Plan and supervise procurement activities to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Oversee logistics and expedition processes to maintain efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to structural and technological requirements.
• Supervise and enhance the plant’s information systems.
• Support the development of new products and collaborate closely with other departments, especially Sales.
