Role overview
As the SEO & Organic Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the company’s global websites for search engine performance and increasing organic traffic across key markets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and manage an external SEO agency to deliver strategic SEO initiatives aligned with business goals.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills, strategic mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
key responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Optimization
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
- Build and manage a technical SEO roadmap in collaboration with product managers and DevOps.
- Monitor performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Content & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are embedded from the start.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align SEO with brand campaigns and product launches.
- Provide actionable SEO guidelines to enhance website content and structure.
Agency Management
- Manage the external SEO agency partnership: set clear objectives, oversee execution, and provide feedback.
- Ensure agency activities align with global business and marketing priorities.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Track, analyze, and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, share of voice, and conversion rates.
- Identify insights, trends, and opportunities for ongoing SEO improvements.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure competitive edge.
