UI/UX Designer – Platform-as-a-Service Team

📍 Hybrid in Warsaw (3 days/week onsite required) | 💼 Full-time | B2B contract up to $2,200/month

About the Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join the Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Customer Delivery team in Warsaw. This isn’t just about making things look good — it’s about creating seamless, intuitive, and scalable digital experiences across varied client use cases.

You’ll take ideas from wireframes to clickable prototypes, refine complex configuration screens, and collaborate with engineers, analysts, and delivery managers to ensure everything we build is deeply usable and thoughtfully crafted.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Design responsive UIs for platform configurations and client-specific extensions

• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and usability across all modules

• Collaborate cross-functionally to validate design feasibility and iterate based on feedback

• Maintain and contribute to the company’s design systems and component libraries

• Support user research and usability testing where applicable

• Deliver clear specs and assets for seamless handoff to developers

  
  

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 2–5 years of experience designing web applications or SaaS products

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX problem-solving and interactive design

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

• Solid grasp of layout, typography, and interaction design principles

• Ability to balance user needs with technical constraints

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with configurable or multi-tenant platforms

• Familiarity with design tokens, component-based systems, and design ops

• Understanding of frontend workflows (e.g., CSS, React, design handoff tools)
