The GSP (Global Service for Performance) is a new entity created in 2023. In the Finance, Performance and Development department, it provides reporting, purchasing management, financial relations with clients and accounting services for various Group entities, in France and abroad.
The GSP has more than 800 members in Europe. It relies on its teams and the use of the latest technologies to foster innovation and operational excellence in the service of data production and exploitation, process improvement and quality of service.
Missions
The Report to Value Creation (R2VC) Department’s mission is to meet the analysis and reporting needs of Finance and Performance partners in France and Europe, by making available data, producing standardized reports, providing first-level analysis, ensuring data quality.
Within R2VC, the Analysis & Support Controlling Division manages the analysis and control of receipts/services, preparation of closing, collection of forecast data, input into financial tools and the realization of certain sovereign reports.
We are recruiting a Finance Analyst Partner, who will play a key role in supporting 2 activities of Orange France, collaborating with controlling departments to drive efficient financial management.
Activities:
Production of monthly closing reports.
Calculation of Revenue (sale of recovered materials from cable waste) and Opex (storage, transport costs) valuations by customer and Industrial Units (UCI).
Calculation and validation of regularizations (following losses, stock discrepancies, differences in cable typologies).
Validation of billing proposals for each Recycler.
Establishment of monthly compensation files between related receivables.
Participation in monthly COPIL meetings with the copper program management and the Recyclers.
Analysis and synthesis of revenues and OPEX.
Active support to operational staff in the management of their financial issues and validation of commitments.
Responding to requests from the UCIs, the copper program management, DTOF, and the Auditors.
Follow-up of purchase orders.
Support of operational staff to enter PO reception in Oracle.
Monitoring of Recyclers' accounts receivable in Oracle.
Adaptation of processes.
Set up billing for tests with new Recyclers.
Participation in all phases of the management cycle.
Budget and forecast construction with operational staff, identification of elements to prioritize resources and carry out arbitrations.
Production of monthly closing in relation to operational activities, quality control of accounting and financial data.
Participation in presentations.
Analysis and production of reports on the main departments for central management control and the Director (pre-flash, etc.).
Contribution to performance analysis to assess risks and opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
Contribution to the operational efficiency dashboard.
Active and structuring support to operational staff in the management of their financial issues and validation of commitments.
Communication and implementation of management rules.
For purchases, facilitating exchanges between buyers and operational staff, monitoring and validation of purchase orders in line with the analytical key and management rules.
Adaptation of processes and governance.
Design and adaptation of tools for analysis and synthesis.
Optimization and adaptation of reporting and procurement referential.
Support for digital transformation by participating in the design of controlling and control tools.
Requirements
French full proficiency
Solid knowledge of accounting and financial techniques, with experience in controlling
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Proficiency in management applications (Oracle, Reporting tools), office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams) and advanced Excel data modeling skills
A proactive approach to automation and new tools
Rigor and organizational skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain diplomacy
