We represent 4000+ scrapyard owners, car parts sellers and auto dismantlers, offering them an efficient and convenient way to serve an international audience. ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Sales Specialist at Ovoko, you will be responsible for acquiring new partners across Poland, building strong relationships, and helping them become engaged, knowledgeable, and effective contributors to our platform. Your work will directly drive Ovoko’s growth by converting sellers into successful partners. You’ll work closely with experienced Business Development Managers in the field, learning from their expertise and complementing their efforts. Over time, you’ll also have the opportunity to step into the field yourself and further expand your skills and impact.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Proactively acquire new partners for Ovoko remotely
  • Initiate and manage phone outreach to sellers of used car parts
  • Qualify leads and assess their potential fit for the Ovoko platform
  • Present our online solutions and clearly communicate the benefits of joining Ovoko
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with new sellers
  • Onboard and train new partners, ensuring quality service in collaboration with the Account Managers


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Sales experience in customer interaction, particularly in call centers.
  • Openness and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
  • Persistence in achieving set goals and a positive attitude.
  • Experience in start-ups is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the automotive market is an additional advantage.
  • Work predominantly from the office (08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00); we value your contribution to our team.
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish and communicative knowledge of English in both speech and writing.
