We connect 6,000+ scrapyard owners, car parts sellers and dismantlers with millions of buyers through our marketplace, SaaS and logistics platform, making it effortless to trade parts across borders. ABOUT THE ROLE


We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to help fuel Ovoko’s growth by bringing new partners onto the platform across Poland. You’ll acquire new partners through a mix of outbound calls, remote conversations, and in-person meetings, building strong relationships from first contact to active partnership.


This is a high-ownership role where you’ll manage your own pipeline, work with a lot of autonomy, and clearly see the impact of your work. Your efforts will directly power Ovoko’s organic growth, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys momentum, variety, and building something that scales.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Proactively acquire new partners for Ovoko both remotely and through face-to-face engagement.

  • Initiate and manage communication with sellers of used automotive parts.

  • Qualify leads and assess their potential fit for the Ovoko platform.

  • Present our solutions clearly and demonstrate the benefits of joining Ovoko.

  • Negotiate and finalize deals with new partners.

  • Onboard and train new partners, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of B2B Sales experience, preferably within e-commerce, marketplaces, or tech startups.

  • Field sales experience is a big plus.

  • High motivation, resilience, and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment.

  • Experience in start-ups or high-growth companies is a plus.

  • Knowledge of the automotive market is highly desirable.

  • Fluent Polish and strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
