• Salary: Base + uncapped performance bonuses

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our portfolio of business clients.

You will drive P100’s growth by identifying high-impact opportunities and closing strategic partnerships. You’ll target exchanges, PSPs, neobanks, marketplaces, and fintech platforms—shaping the way businesses handle payments worldwide



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage new prospects across crypto, fintech, and digital payments.

• Drive the Sales Cycle: Lead outreach, demos, proposals, negotiations, and contract closings.

• Build Executive Relationships: Cultivate trust with C-suite stakeholders (CEOs, CTOs, CFOs).

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams to craft tailored solutions.

• Evangelize P100: Represent us at industry events, webinars, and in thought-leadership content.

• Analyze & Report: Maintain accurate pipeline data, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of B2B sales or business development, ideally in fintech, payments, crypto, or SaaS.

• Demonstrated success closing business deals.

• Understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and financial services

• Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-starter attitude with passion for emerging financial technologies.

• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
