At Packhelp we are rethinking what creating custom-branded packaging should be. We're now serving more than 15000 customers from 30 countries. We make the process of designing and ordering packaging as smooth and seamless as possible. With just 30 pieces as a minimum quantity, we've enabled thousands of customers to order their very own packaging without ruining their budgets. Our mission is to become the best place to order packaging online. With hundreds of new ideas, lots of experience, a range of new products and a growing customer base, we are currently looking for a Community and Content Amplifying Manager in the Marketing Team.

In this role, you’ll take on a various number of tasks that require you to put our content under the noses of people who need and want quality customised packaging and also manage, engage and grow our existing community of customers, advocates, fans and packaging enthusiasts.

What you'll do:

  • Content amplifying/marketing
  • Posting on Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest
  • Starting discussions, adding comments on groups, forums, Quora and all relevant touchpoints
  • Locate and asses the viability of other channels to promote content
  • Increase the visibility of our content in as many relevant places as possible
  • Manage our social media community by sharing our content amongst them
  • Respond to customer enquires and comments on social media in a timely manner
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, B2B influencers and journalists

A perfect fit has:

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with 1-2 years in E-commerce, preferably B2B
  • English: native or C2, with confidence and a wide, creative vocabulary - our audience speaks English and only English.
  • Strong eye for visual design
  • Social media promotion and community management
  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community and content performance KPIs
  • Hands on experience with social media management
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • knowledge and experience with affiliate marketing and SEO/backlinks also an advantage
