Are you detail-oriented and passionate about organizing and managing product data? We’re looking for a Junior Category Management Specialist to help maintain accurate product information, price lists, and data integrity within our product management system. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, support process improvements, and ensure seamless data flow across departments. If you’re fluent in Polish, confident in English, and enjoy working in a structured, process-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Managing and updating product data within the product management system with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining and organizing price lists, ensuring consistency and up-to-date information
• Processing and verifying data related to pricing, product specifications, and availability
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth data flow and alignment across departments
• Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and maintaining data integrity
• Supporting the optimization of internal processes by identifying areas for improvement in data management
• Assisting in standardization efforts for product-related information
• Providing necessary administrative support related to product and pricing management
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of information through systematic verification and updates

What We Expect from You:

• Fluency in Polish and confidence in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a structured and process-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with the team
• Ability to navigate and efficiently use digital tools, databases, and product management systems
• Quick adaptability to new technologies and internal systems
• Willingness to follow established procedures and maintain data consistency
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in product catalogue management
• Analytical mindset and ability to spot inconsistencies in data
• Interest in process optimization and efficiency improvements
