We’re looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. If you’re curious, analytical, and excited about optimizing communication and processes, this role is a great opportunity to grow your skills in marketing and sales automation.
What you’ll do
Support the planning, setup, and optimization of automated flows
Assist in segmenting customer databases and analyzing lifecycle stages
Help maintain CRM data quality and support day-to-day operations
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams
Test new tools, solutions, and automation ideas
Learn and grow in the area of CRM, sales workflows, and marketing automation
Requirements
General understanding of CRM and marketing automation principles
Interest in automation and communication process optimization
Ability to think logically and work with customer data (e.g., segmentation, lifecycle)
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Fluency in Polish and English
Nice to Have:
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Exponea, etc.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho
Basic knowledge of integration/no-code tools (n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, etc.)
Basic HTML/CSS for email editing
Experience analyzing data in tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Amplitude
Understanding of UTM tracking and email campaign metrics
