Your duties:
Build and shape the product team responsible for Packhelp's customer-facing products.
Define and drive product vision and strategy, with a strong focus on scaling self-service customer journeys for SMBs and creating effective pathways to acquire, qualify, and convert mid-market and enterprise leads.
Lead product discovery efforts to uncover customer needs, identify high-impact growth opportunities, and validate solutions before investment.
Identify and champion strategic “big bet” initiatives by combining customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
Lead a cross-functional team through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to delivery and optimization.
Align stakeholders around product priorities and communicate product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes across the organization.
Act as the voice of internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, DTP, Production, and Logistics, ensuring their needs are reflected in product decisions.
Requirements:
4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in marketplace, e-commerce, SaaS, internal tools.
Proven ability to define and execute product vision and strategy with measurable business impact, including driving growth through self-service journeys and/or B2B funnels (SMB/ enterprise).
Strong product discovery skills: identifying customer problems, validating opportunities, and shaping high-impact initiatives.
Strong analytical skills, combining qualitative user research and quantitative data to drive decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with senior leadership.
Strong ownership mindset with ability to lead, influence, and mentor across cross-functional teams.
Customer-centric approach focused on delivering impactful product outcomes and continuous improvement in complex domains.
