  • 3,000+/mo shorts views

  • 1000+impressions weekly - Linkedin

  • >1% ER, >20 website visits - e-mails (both e-mails)

  • >60% - Content ER (Articles)

  • Co-branded pieces produced: 1 per 2 months (Sanity)

ROLE PURPOSE 

This role turns Pagepro’s technical expertise into consistent, high-quality, multi-format content that builds authority in Next.js & Sanity migrations, supports outbound sales, attracts qualified SQLs, and amplifies our brand visibility across channels.


KEY OUTCOMES 

The person in this role is responsible for delivering:

1. Consistent Content Output

  • 3-5 articles or updates per month

  • 4-8 short videos (shorts/reels) per month

  • 2-4 LinkedIn posts per week (personal + company)

  • 1-2 YouTube videos per month

2. Improved Brand Authority

  • Increased reach/engagement on LinkedIn

  • Growing YouTube impressions and watch time

  • Improving SEO/AEO of Pagepro’s content

3. Sales Support (on request)

  • Produce visuals, summaries, snippets for outbound

  • Convert technical insights (CEO/CTO) into digestible content

  • Maintain a library of assets for SDR


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Content Writing & Editing (40%)

  • Write clear, expert-friendly articles on:

    • CMS Migration/modernisation/replatforming

    • Next.js migrations

    • Sanity CMS

    • Vercel

    • Next.JS SEO performance improvements

    • architecture modernization

  • Edit existing blog posts to improve:

    • clarity

    • structure

    • business intent alignment

    • SEO/AEO

  • Turn raw technical notes from CEO/CTO into polished content

  • Ensure all content supports our Value Proposition and ICP needs

B. Short-Form & Video Content Production (35%)

  • Edit long-form tech videos into:

    • YouTube videos

    • short clips for YouTube Shorts

  • Add:

    • subtitles

    • captions

    • basic transitions

    • simple motion graphics

  • Build a repeatable workflow:1 long video → 4–8 shorts → SMM posts → email → blog

C. Social Media Management & Distribution (15%)

  • Publish content across:

    • LinkedIn (personal + company), Facebook, Blueprint 

    • YouTube

    • website CMS

    • e-mail

  • Create visuals (thumbnails, snippets, carousels)Maintain consistent posting cadences

  • Repurpose each major content piece across channels

  • Write captions that align with brand tone

D. Outbound & Sales Support (10%)

  • Prepare (on request):

    • micro-audit visuals

    • screenshots

    • comparison charts

    • performance metrics graphics

    • pitch-support assets

  • Repurpose case studies into snippets the SDR can use

  • Help to create templates for outreach follow-up messages


REQUIRED SKILLS 

1. Writing / Editing

  • Clear English writing (B2+)

  • Ability to simplify technical topics

  • Experience producing blog articles

2. Video Editing

  • Basic video editing skills

  • Create visuals

3. Design & Visual Communication

  • Simple graphics (Figma/Canva)

  • Thumbnails and social visuals

  • Understanding of clean visual style

4. Social Media Execution

  • LinkedIn familiarity

  • YouTube basics

  • Repurposing workflows

5. Marketing Awareness

  • Understanding ICP and value proposition

  • Ability to align content with business goals

  • Understanding of mid/bottom-funnel content


NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Basic SEO understanding 

  • Experience with technical or SaaS content

  • Understanding of dev tools (Next.js, Vercel, Sanity)
