Role Overview

We are looking for a structured and self driven B2B Content Marketing Specialist who can turn technical expertise into clear, high quality, and business focused content across multiple channels.

This role is focused on creating and repurposing content that supports brand authority, lead generation, outbound communication, and organic visibility for a software development agency working with modern web technologies such as Next.js, Sanity, and Vercel.

The ideal candidate combines strong writing and editing skills with solid understanding of SEO, content distribution, and AI assisted workflows. This person should be comfortable working with technical topics, organizing large amounts of information, and independently driving content production from idea to publication.

This role is not focused on pure social media management or creative lifestyle content. The main focus is thoughtful B2B content production, editorial quality, and efficient execution.


Key Responsibilities

Content Writing and Editorial Production

Write high quality long form content focused on topics such as:

  • CMS migrations and modernization

  • Next.js and React ecosystem

  • Sanity CMS

  • Vercel

  • Headless / composable approach

  • SEO and performance optimization

  • technical implementation approaches

Transform technical insights, notes, and recordings from internal experts into clear and structured content tailored for business and technical audiences.

Edit and improve existing content to strengthen clarity, structure, readability, SEO alignment, and overall business relevance.

Ensure all content aligns with the company positioning, ICP needs, and sales messaging.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract expertise and convert it into publishable materials.


Content Repurposing and Distribution

  • Repurpose long form content into multiple distribution formats across different channels.

  • Create LinkedIn posts, newsletter content, content snippets, short form copy, and supporting assets based on existing materials.

  • Work closely with the videographer by preparing scripts, outlines, content angles, hooks, and repurposing ideas for YouTube videos and short form video content.

  • Support consistent publishing cadences across LinkedIn, website, email, and other relevant channels.

  • Maintain structured content workflows and content calendars to ensure consistent execution.


SEO and AI Assisted Content Workflows

  • Use AI tools effectively to accelerate research, outlining, ideation, editing, and content production workflows.

  • Review, validate, and improve AI generated outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, clarity, and strategic alignment.

  • Apply strong editorial judgment rather than relying blindly on generated outputs.

  • Continuously improve prompt writing skills and explore more effective ways of integrating AI into content operations.

  • Optimize articles and landing page content using SEO and GEO best practices, including search intent alignment, semantic structure, readability, and internal linking opportunities.


Key Expectations

The person in this role should be able to independently manage tasks, maintain attention to detail, and work efficiently in a fast moving environment with minimal supervision.

Strong ownership, organizational skills, and ability to process feedback constructively are essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate curiosity, continuous learning habits, and willingness to deepen expertise in technology, B2B marketing, SEO, AI workflows, and technical content production.


Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or similar roles in a B2B environment

  • Excellent written English with strong editing and content structuring abilities.

  • Solid understanding of B2B content marketing and professional communication standards.

  • Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization principles.

  • Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts for non technical audiences.

  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude as part of daily content workflows.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel tasks effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain execution quality without constant supervision.

  • Experience working with LinkedIn content, newsletters, and content repurposing workflows.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with SaaS, software agencies, or developer focused products.

  • Demonstrated ghostwriting for technical founders/CTOs

  • Understanding of Next.js, Sanity, Vercel, or modern frontend ecosystem concepts.

  • Experience collaborating with video production workflows and short form content planning.

  • Basic visual content skills using Canva or Figma.

  • Experience working inside fast paced agency or startup environments.

Key Outcomes: 

The person in this role is responsible for delivering:

1. Consistent Content Output

  • 3-5 articles or updates per month

  • 4-8 short videos (shorts/reels) per month

  • 2-4 LinkedIn posts per week (personal + company)

  • 1-2 YouTube videos per month

  • Weekly and monthly newsletter

  • 3 Linkedin posts/week

2. Improved Brand Authority & Visability

  • Increased reach/engagement on LinkedIn

  • Growing YouTube impressions and watch time

  • Improving SEO/AEO of Pagepro’s content



What We Offer

  • B2B contract

  • Salary: 8,000–12,000 PLN (will depend on skills)
