Product Marketing Specialist
Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing in B2B (e.g., SaaS applications).
English language minimum C1 level (communication and content in EN).
Analytical and research skills: independent research, data analysis using analytical tools (for example Google Analytics, Google Search Console, PostHog), drawing conclusions and recommending actions.
Experience creating valuable content with SEO best practices in mind.
Practice working with CMS (WordPress).
Documented writing skills - portfolio/links to publications.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Figma) - examples welcome.
Nice to have:
Experience running paid campaigns (PPC/SEM).
Managing company social media profiles (especially LinkedIn).
Ability to conduct customer interviews (testimonials, case studies).
Experience in sales enablement (materials supporting the sales team: comparisons, battle cards).
Basic video editing (tutorials, short demos for campaigns).

Parkalot creates software solutions (SaaS) that streamline the operation of modern workplaces: from parking and EV charger management to desk and meeting room reservations - all in one platform. Our products, Parkalot.io, Deskbooking.app and Poola.app support companies worldwide in hybrid work, delivering transparent data for decision-making and reducing operational chaos. For 9 years we have been building the product and marketing strategy for B2B products; we are looking for someone to continue and develop it.
Role Purpose
We are looking for someone to lead product marketing for Parkalot and Deskbooking: set growth directions (strategy) and execute the plan (execution) - combining traffic analytics, content creation, competitor analysis, search engine optimization (SEO) and paid campaigns (PPC).
Responsibilites
Planning
Content planning for different stages of the sales funnel (top of funnel - awareness building, middle - education and consideration, bottom - sales finalization), keyword maps, pages and articles.
Analytics: monitoring traffic and user behavior using tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, PostHog); formulating hypotheses, prioritizing initiatives and testing plans.
Market monitoring, competition and target customer profiles (ICP); refining and evolving value proposition and messaging for different segments - building on existing foundations.
Paid campaign (PPC), search engine (SEM) and social media strategy: goals, budgets, results attribution, experimentation frameworks.
Aligning directions with product and sales teams; prioritizing initiatives impacting pipeline (prospect funnel).
Execution
Content creation and editing (articles, case studies, landing pages, comparisons, emails); clear and precise communication of complex topics for a business audience.
SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, basic technical SEO actions and internal linking.
Running PPC campaigns (for example Google Ads) - using analytical tools you optimize creatives, bids and landing pages.
WordPress: publication, content architecture and analytics.
Case study creation: client identification, conducting interviews, editing, approval and publication.
Simple graphics in Canva/Figma (banners, infographics, PDFs). For more complex projects, collaboration with a designer on the team.
