Junior Market Research Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• You will support in conducting market research studies.

• You will process and respond to customer inquiries regarding market research studies and take responsibility for customer support for the PAYBACK panel.

• You will be in charge of administration, maintenance and regular internal presentations on internal panel key figures to ensure sustainable panel usage.

• You will evaluate data using Excel and SPSS and prepare market research results in PowerPoint.

• You have a good understanding of numbers and can present and communicate them visually.

• You will code survey participants' responses to open-ended questions from online surveys.

• You will be responsible for training students in the Market Research team.

Your Profile:

• You have completed a degree in economics, social sciences, psychology, statistics, or a comparable field of study. We will also welcome students of last year. :)

• You have a keen interest in empirical market/social research as well as marketing and customer loyalty programs.

• You have gained initial practical experience with empirical research methods.

• You are committed and work carefully and in a structured manner.

• You are familiar with MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• You are business fluent in German (C2) and have a good command of written and spoken English.
