We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our Credit Sales Team (offering credit products dedicated to e-commerce: installments online and buy now pay later). People who will join the team, which aims to accelerate the expansion of our credit business in Poland will be advisors to existing PayU customers (small and medium size e-shops). 


What you will be doing:

  • Being fully trained and prepared by PayU to perform the assigned tasks: 
  • proactively contacting our existing customers’ portfolio via phone and e-mail, providing credit products consultancy and recommendations on how to grow the business by partnering with PayU, 
  • guiding our clients through all the available features and functionalities of credit products, 
  • providing the best customer experience for our clients. 
  • Cooperating with other teams in operations and sales area.  


What we are looking for:

  • Openness and eagerness to make outbound phone calls to initiate contact and talk to PayU customers, 
  • Experience in customer facing role with high exposure to calls will be advantageous. 
  • Excellent communication skills with focus on sharing insights and providing recommendations to clients, 
  • Fluency in Polish and good command of English,
  • Ability to build the trust while networking with clients, 
  • Well-organized, goal-driven person with a high level of resiliency  
  • Experience in working with CRM will be advantageous.
