We’re looking for someone to own marketing execution for the Polish market.
This is not a support role — you will be the person who makes marketing happen: events, campaigns, content, case studies, LinkedIn.

What you’ll own:
🔹 Events — live and online
Plan and deliver live events: venue, vendors, speakers, promotion, sales handoff
Run webinars end-to-end: production, registration, follow-up
You handle logistics and promotion — content and subject matter expertise come from the team
🔹 Lead generation campaigns
Coordinate production of ebooks and reports with external HR experts, designers, and translators
Build landing pages and email sequences in HubSpot
Track performance and report results
🔹 Case studies
Own the process from client interview to publication
Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and clients through review and approval
Messaging and product angle defined together with our global PMM
🔹 LinkedIn — Polish market
Own the content calendar: plan, source, publish
Build and manage relationships with external HR experts as contributors
Engage with the audience — comments, conversations, community building
What we’re looking for:
Solid writing skills in Polish and English — you're not a copywriter, but writing doesn't scare you
You know how to use AI tools and add the human layer that makes content actually land
Strong project management — you run multiple workstreams at once without losing track
HubSpot experience: email campaigns, landing pages, basic reporting
Comfortable coordinating very different people at the same time — sales, clients, HR experts, designers, venues
You understand LinkedIn as a channel and know how to build an engaged audience organically
Mid-level experience — you’ve done this before and can work independently
Nice to have:
Background in B2B SaaS or HR tech
Experience with webinar platforms (Zoom, ClickMeeting, Livestorm)
