Specjalista ds. planowania (space planning)

Your responsibilities: 

• Maximizing store productivity through Space Management
• Providing analysis for cross-departmental changes of space to pursue maximum return on investment
• Ensuring seasonal changes of space maximize trading opportunities
• In appropriate area implementing and managing product-level planograms
• Participation in product sessions, providing guidelines and executing their implementation in the Planning, Buying and Operational areas
• Ensuring that space allocation in stores is accurately reflected in relation to specific products at the time
• Creating and recommending product planograms, creating strategies, recommending changes and proposing replacement displays for selected cases
• Maintaining space planning processes as an integrated part of the merchandising cycle, assure range planned matches available space as well as supporting and providing other teams with analyses on space and product productivity
• Cross-functional engagement, participation and process improvement
• Collaboration with Buying, Planning, Allocation and OPS/VM teams to strengthen the role of space in shaping positive sales results
• Stores visit

Our requirements: 

• University degree - master's degree (preferably economics, product, production management, mathematics, merchandising, retail )
• Min 2 years’ experience required best with retail background. Also consider positions as business analyst in logistics / supply chain field, product/store planner, allocator
• Understanding of retail environment is important, bbusiness awareness
• Knowledge of Planning processes and systems including
• Working with leaders and members across all departments
• Goal orientation, Client orientation 
• Creativity & Analytical-thinking
• Problem assessment
• Good communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships
• Stress tolerance
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English.
