The Team
This role is part of the Marketing Team in our PepsiCo Hub at Cracow. With a proactive, get-things-done culture, the Cracow center is a place where dynamism and initiative make a difference, and where your contributions have a global reach.

In this role, you will be responsible for running multi-market projects in the field of post-production of Pepsico video ads. You will join the newly created team and you will have a real impact on its development.

Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive project management in the field of video post-production (from localization to successful media delivery);
  • Development of a work plan and monitoring the progress of work on individual projects,
  • Work coordination for Teams involved in the process of production (f.e. Marketing Teams, Motion Designers, Media Agency);
  • Daily cooperation with the Production Team in terms of successful project’s execution (briefing, timings, work planning, problem-solving, etc.);
  • Implementation and delivery of projects on time while maintaining the required quality;
  • Continuous communication with the team to ensure that all members have sufficient knowledge and clearly defined and assigned tasks;
  • Identifying and reporting a potential threat or failure and acting proactively to solve problems related to ongoing projects;
  • Seeking improvement opportunities and proposing new projects and ventures. 

 For the candidate to be successful in this role, she or he will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in the marketing industry (preferably in the field of multi-national advertising campaigns production);
  • Experience in working in agencies as an Account, PM for international brands is appreciated;
  • Experience in work coordination for various stakeholders (Marketing Teams, Media House, Agencies, In-house production) is appreciated;
  • Ability to organize work and build good relations and efficient communication with the business owners of the project and Production Team;
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English are essential;
  • Experience in multiple projects management of different scales within tight timings and resources is appreciated.
  • Understanding of post-production processes is an advantage, although not mandatory.
