Join Sport Alliance as a Project Manager and be part of a transformative phase for our Revenue Operations. You’ll lead projects that streamline processes, connect critical systems, and enable smarter, data-driven decisions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.

Your Position in Our Team


  • Drive delivery as part of the Business Systems team, supporting the Revenue Operations transformation.

  • Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to translate strategic initiatives into structured project plans.

  • Own end-to-end projects across the revenue lifecycle (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance).

  • Deliver process optimization and automation initiatives.

  • Manage system integration projects, ensuring reliable and scalable data flows.

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Proactively manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.

  • Support a data-driven ecosystem by improving data quality, reporting, and analytics.


Your Profile


  • 5+ years of proven experience managing complex projects in technology, systems, or operations environments, ideally within a high-growth SaaS company.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and structuring complex initiatives.

  • Strong background in process improvement, automation, and digital transformation, with a focus on making processes scalable.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate between technical and business teams.

  • Collaborative mindset, with experience supporting Program Managers and leadership teams.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments.

  • Fluent in English.


    Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS / subscription-based businesses.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.

  • Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP / billing systems.

  • Experience with Customer Success or Support platforms (Zendesk, PlanHat).
