Account Manager
Join our team at Piwik PRO, where we develop a privacy-focused analytics suite used by organizations around the globe. As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with our clients - all while collaborating with experienced professionals and having a real impact on the direction of our product.
Your responsibilities will include:
Take care of existing clients
Support them in getting the most out of our platform
Build long-term partnerships, understand client needs, and advise them on use cases
Spot opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within client organizations
Handle contract renewals and prepare tailored commercial proposals
Negotiate deals and close agreements based on client-specific sales plans
Act as the go-to escalation point for business-related issues
Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Support, Product, Implementation)
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to advocate for client needs
We need you to have:
Excellent command of English (C1); German or French is a big plus
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in account management, customer service, or enterprise software sales (min. 1 year)
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Ability to understand business needs and propose value-adding solutions
Strong organization skills
Willingness to learn technical details of our product
Exceptional time management skills

knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics, or marketing tools
experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Sales, or Implementation
