Consolidation Expert

The Consolidation Expert prepares the Group"s consolidated financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and supports statutory and management reporting processes. This position works with Group entities to ensure that consolidation data are accurate, timely, and compliant. The specialist also participates in projects related to the enhancement of consolidation processes and the implementation of new system solutions.

Your  responsibilities:

• Preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS

• Consolidating financial data of subsidiaries and associates

• Collaborating with auditors and Group companies

• Participating in the automation and optimization of consolidation processes

• Supervising accounting policies and changes in accounting and reporting regulations

• Analysing consolidation packages to verify their accuracy

• Implementing and improving reporting standards within the Group

• Cooperating with the IT department in developing tools supporting consolidation

• Providing ongoing substantive support to Group companies

• Identifying risks related to consolidated reporting

• Ensuring compliance with Group regulations and policies

Our expectations:

• Higher education (finance, accounting, economics)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consolidation, audit, or reporting

• Comprehensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), with particular expertise in consolidation principles and familiarity with consolidation tools such as HFM.

• Proficiency in English sufficient for working with documentation and communication within the Group

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a team and under time pressure
