Responsibilities:
Identify new growth opportunities and assess market potential to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, unmet needs, and competitive landscape to shape a differentiated growth strategy.
Establish a 5-year roadmap covering innovation, brand building, and market expansion.
Provide strategic guidance to country teams for consistent execution, allowing flexibility for local adaptation.
Lead ideation and co-creation with R&D, Medical, Regulatory, Packaging, Insights, and Marketing teams.
Identify opportunities from adjacent categories, emerging science, and global trends.
Prioritize and sequence launches for maximum commercial and consumer impact.
Create global brand identities with clear, consumer-resonant positioning.
Develop launch frameworks including brand guidelines, activation playbooks, and omnichannel campaign assets.
Enable countries with training, creative assets, and toolkits for high-quality, consistent launches.
Monitor post-launch performance and share learnings to optimize future rollouts.
Build market entry business cases with go-to-market strategies and risk/benefit analyses.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and capability building to accelerate launch readiness.
Drive launch excellence through structured cross-market collaboration.
Track performance across markets using KPIs and brand health metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Lead global campaign development with Communications, Digital, POS, and HCP teams.
Build an international community for new brands/categories to align priorities, share learnings, and accelerate innovation.
Serve as the global expert, integrating local insights into strategy and innovation planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
10+ years" progressive marketing experience in Consumer Health, FMCG, or healthcare-related industries.
Proven experience in category creation, global brand building, and multi-market launches.
Demonstrated success in P&L ownership and delivering sustainable growth.
Able to design and articulate a long-term growth vision for a new category.
Skilled at delivering complex, multi-market launches on time and on target.
Aligns diverse stakeholders across countries and functions.
Expert in turning insights into impactful strategies and market-leading propositions.
Responds quickly to emerging trends and market changes.
Passionate about consumer healthcare and delivering meaningful impact to consumers.

The Manager CHC New Ventures is responsible for creating, leading, and launching new brands and categories within Polpharma"s Consumer Healthcare (CHC) portfolio internationally. This role develops consumer-driven strategies, builds differentiated global brands, shapes robust innovation pipelines, and executes multi-market launches.
Reporting to the Head of CHC New Ventures, the Manager acts as the strategic owner for assigned brands/categories, ensuring alignment between global strategy and local execution, and collaborating across functions to deliver profitable market entries.
This is a group-level role, operating across multiple markets and business units, with strategic impact on the entire organization
