Senior Portfolio Specialist (fixed-term contract – replacement)

We are looking for a person to join the International Portfolio team, responsible for the presence our products on International Markets.

The Candidate who joins us, will have a unique opportunity to develop within the structure of the team dealing with portfolio strategy on all markets where the Polpharma is present.

You will be responsible for supporting the team in creating and implementing a portfolio strategy outside Poland. So, your main responsibilities include preparing reports, analyzing data regarding products in other countries and creating business cases – don’t wait, apply!

On a daily basis you will be:

• Run periodic and ad-hoc analysis on portfolio and pipeline, to identify key business needs and new opportunities during life cycle management of each brand,

• Participate in creation and ensuring implementation of portfolio strategy for countries, therapeutic areas and products (Rx, CHC),

• Collecting data for preparing business cases,

• Completing project information in dedicated internal systems of initiation, monitoring, and obtaining approval of the projects

• Support Product Lifecycle Management Process – processing changes and variations documentation on existing products in scope of Portfolio International in internal systems

• Support the markets in their portfolio and pipeline – related needs,

• Support communication with local portfolio teams as well as with specific departments involved in portfolio processes.

Our expectations:

• Excellent analytical and presentation skills,

• University degree, preferably in economics / finance / medical / business management or other related areas,

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing / portfolio / strategic marketing / project management,

• Fluent in English, Russian as an advantage,

• Knowledge and expertise in life science industry or FMCG. Sufficient knowledge of business processes and commercial principles of pharmaceutical company will be an asset,

• Empathic interaction with people, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills are important,

• Ability to work in a complex and multi-market setting, across many functions and levels and across different customer types,

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel,

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the process of pharmaceutical products development, registration and launching,

• Knowledge of CEE/CIS markets
