About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team and drive the growth of our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) solutions across CEE region. As a key member of the sales team, you will act as a bridge between customers and our technical experts, leveraging your deep understanding of energy storage technologies to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.


Title: Technical Sales Engineer - Energy Storage Systems


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the C&I and Utility Scale Battery Energy Storage Market across CEE region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including developers, utilities, EPCs, and end-users.
  • Conduct customer needs analysis and present tailored BESS solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and after-sales support.


What You'll Need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Renewable Energy or a related technical field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related role, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Knowledge of battery energy storage technologies, power grid, and renewable energy integration is a big plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders.
