We are looking for a motivated Accounting Specialist who wants to grow and develop their professional career with a fantastic team in the US and Poland.

 

💼 Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have 3+ years’ experience in finance.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in accounting in international organizations.
  • Good knowledge of VBA.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP v IFRS.


🚀 Your Mission:

  • Assist in processing invoices, expenses, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain accurate accounts.
  • Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets for efficient record-keeping.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial inquiries and provide support.
